I can say with full confidence that Efrain G has been the best maintenance Supervisor I have ever dealt with. He is a true asset to your company, and should be highly recognized by your corporation. Maintenance fixes the problem fast.

I would like to take time to write a review based on my positive personal experience with the employees at Regency. Everyone here is exceptionally positive and helpful. I would like to personally thank Tiffany Valdez, my leasing professional, Sandro and Kelton, and others. Tiffany took care of all the small details, so moving in was a smooth transition. By the way, tacos were being served in the residential center when I was moving in and that just added a special touch to an already positive experience. Now, that I am in my apartment, I am noticing small construction details that enhance the overall feeling of a quality home, rather than just another apartment. I am so very happy. Thank you to the entire staff.

The apartment building this very well maintained, and any time you need assistance the office employees are always very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are very helpful and friendly any problems they are there to fix them promptly this is a great place to live.??

I have lived at the Regency at Lookout Canyon for fourteen months and enjoyed it immensely. The office staff is very knowledgeable, kind and always happily helpful. The apartments are pet friendly and even have a dog park! The soundproofing is awesome - rarely do we feel like we are hear other residents, it is so quiet. Huge Garages are an added bonus. Drivers obey 10 mph limits, so kids feel safe. The Biggest benefit was that we were able to keep my daughter in Smithson Valley High School for her senior year. Best location in San Antonio!

Our family has lived here for one year & we have LOVED the management! April, Meghan, Natalie, & Courtney are all super helpful, super kind, & super thoughtful. We love living here. I love the setup of our 2 bedroom apt, (& it has a large master bedroom!), they added A cute new kids park & basketball half court, pretty walking paths, nice views, cute dog park, great gym with lots of equipment, nice pool & pool chairs, & they keep propane in the grills! Maintenance has always been fairly quick, can't complain. Great place to meet other people. They had several summer parties with food & fun. Overall great place for anyone!!
